Oswego County BOCES transports special needs students to various educational programs throughout Oswego County, as well as throughout New York State.Ê BOCES transportation also serves programs in Rochester, Batavia, Rome, Syracuse, Binghamton, Cortland, as well as various facilities in Central New York.Ê Fully certified bus drivers, bus aides and emergency medical technicians (EMTs) provide transportation on buses with wheelchair stations.Ê Service for summer programs is also available.Ê All expenses are eligible for full special education transportation aid directly from the state.
