The 12:1:1 ED/LD Program provides educational services to K-12 students with emotional and/or learning disabilities as recommended by the CSE of a component school district in Oswego County.  In addition to academic instruction, services may include speech therapy, counseling, physical/occupational therapy and one-to-one assistance. Each classroom is staffed with a certified special education teacher and a teaching assistant. Classrooms are located  in component school buildings within the county.
