This 3-hour course in barrier precautions and infection control measures meets the New York State mandatory training requirement for re-licensure. The professionals affected by this mandate include: physicians, physician assistants, special assistants, dentists, dental hygienists, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, optometrists and podiatrists. Certification is effective for four years.

Infection Control Classes are held periodically throughout the year.

Pre-registration is required and should be mailed two weeks prior to the session along with the registration fee of $35.00. Accepted forms of payment are cash, Master Card or Visa credit cards, money orders, or cashier’s check payable to Oswego County BOCES. No personal checks.
