Exploratory Occupations

This is a modularized program for students at least fourteen years of age who are exploring various career options. The hands-on curriculum addresses individual student interests, topics, and needs. Students are encouraged to work together as a cohesive team while completing community-oriented and individual projects. Within each project, applied mathematic and scientific concepts are taught. The projects are designed to build self-esteem, responsibility, enhance life skills, and gain self-worth. Students who complete this program develop strong problem-solving skills and often enroll in career and technical education programs at B. Ramer Tech later in their high school careers.
