Program Description: Each damaged vehicle presents a new probblem to be solved. Auto
body technicians solve these problems by using specialized equipment and tools to straighten
frames, remove dents, and replace parts. This two - year course meets industry standards
and will prepare students for employment or further training in a field that predicts steady
employment rates. Second - year students also have the opportunity to work on their own
vehicles. Both first and second year students can qualify for internships at auto body repair
facilities. Students have the option of attending the program for either one or two years.
