The Five Eleven Interactive "Team Task Manager" solution is designed specifically for the needs of school districts and, if desired, their affiliated BOCES. This system is built upon the need for districts to track the work of their technology (or other) support team and provides meticulous reporting on the time and type of work they conduct. Designed with highly efficient interfaces, the solution assures an easy flow of work and minimizes the time spent in documentation.

Pricing is based on a single solution for each district with no per-technician costs. Training for the designated solution administrator and the support team is included in the price, easily conducted in under an hour, and additional on-line support systems are readily available if further assistance is necessary. The entire solution requires only a web browser with Javascript enabled!

We encourage you to contact us with any questions you may have, and we are very willing to meet with you for a demonstration.

Subscriber's Task List

A one stop information screen, the primary navigation menu for the system. From here a subscriber is able to create a new task, add an item to inventory, or navigate to the main search interfaces for tasks or inventory items. This section also provides information about due dates, priorities, location and can be grouped into smaller subscriber subgroups.

Task Details

When opened, a single screen contains all the details of the task. Our development objective was to have all details in one place, eliminating the need to jump from page to page within the system to update documentation. From this screen subscribers can add actions to the task, change categories of information including project, location, due date, status, estimated hours, assign it to another subscriber and more. Don't worry, every last change is documented and stored in the actions below.

Customer Communication

Integrated into the solution is a way to communicate with your customers, vendors, etc, via email to ask questions related to resolution of the task. The email creation process is simple and provides the ability to include one or more TO and CC addresses. Then people receiving these emails will be able to read your message and then click a link to respond through an on-line form. This adds their response to the ticket documentation for future reference.

Inventory

As we built our Team Task Manager solution, we made sure that it integrated with our inventory solution. This way, tasks can be directly related to the hardware and software products involved. This also provides a remarkable track record of service for each item in our inventory. Even better, this comprehensive inventory solution is included in the price of the Team Task Manager!

The inventory component of the help desk solution allows for categorization of all types of hardware, and records all kinds of details such as make, model, serial numbers, purchase date, warranty expiration date, disposal date, purchase order number, asset tag, etc.

Searching Tasks

Powerful search tools are always available from the system navigation. Searches are "sticky" so that if too many records are returned, additional criteria can be entered to continue to narrow the search results. Clicking on any of the tasks in the search results opens to the full task details. In addition, "Quick Searches" have also been pre-defined and made available as a link. This provides a quick monitoring of overall activity at any time.

Reports

When you have tons of information you need a flexible, yet simple, way to get at it. The Team Task Manager has built in reporting capability that allows you to qualify your reports on most any piece of data. Within a couple of clicks you have access to valuable information including total hours based on categories, subscribers, project and date ranges. You can create these reports at any time using any criteria to assure that you have up-to-the-moment details.

Administration

Virtually every part of the system is under your control. We have designed the system administration process to be as simple as possible. A single screen provides links to all the administratively controllable features of the solution. Most of the specific administrative sections are designed similarly. This means that once you have learned to adjust one part of the system, you are ready to control it all.
