The Oswego County Teacher Center Grant Program has gone through some changes. The OCTC is now offering four grant opportunities for your consideration. They are as follows:

•  Mini Grants

•  Study Group Grants

•  Professional Development Support Grants

•  Conference Grants

All grants will be posted by the first week in May each year. The application deadline is July 1 st . The grants will be scored during the month of July and applicants will be notified of their status by August 1 st . This will give grant winners all year to work on their grants, as May will still be the designated month for final reports.

The Peer Review obligation for the Mini Grants has been eliminated. Mini Grants, Study Group Grants and Professional Development Support Grants will now all be required to participate in a Showcase. The OCTC has now made that easier . Each winner in those categories can now Showcase their grants at an event within their own district or building. This replaces having to travel out to a county wide or regional event to Showcase your grant.

The Conference Grant requires that you come back and share what you have learned with a group from your building or district.
