Arts Festivals Both Student Conference/Festival and Teacher Conference fees are aidable through the Regional Arts-In-education Service. Transportation, Room, and Board are not aidable and must be paid directly to the festivals. Below is a list of Arts Organizations who host festivals.   Process for Reservations and Payment:   Teacher submits all applications and registration forms directly to the festival/conference chariperson. Teacher informs chairperson that payment will be sent directly from Oswego BOCES. Teacher fills out Oswego BOCES form supplied below (each festival/conference must be on a separate request form), and processes the form through their school district’s Arts-In-Education Representative in a timely manner.  Attach a copy of the registration form or invoice. School District Representative submits this form to Oswego BOCES with authorizing signature.  Faxed requests must also have a hard copy sent to Oswego BOCES as soon as possible.  Oswego BOCES - processes the request, confirms with festival and sends confirmation/ purchase order to the District Representative and festival/ conference.  Oswego BOCES - writes a separate check for each festival/ conference site.
