Media Library (CoSer 512)

Schools subscribing to the Media Library service receive access through mediaCONNECT to an upgraded, robust collection of 40,000+ curriculum-related media resources including streamed digital media, CDs and DVDs, audio and VHS tapes, photo collections, and jackdaws. The service also includes Timely Topics Kits, links to Copyright Information, New Resources updates, and Curriculum Collections. An Advisory Council, composed of representatives from subscribing districts, meets regularly to share information and guide the development of the service.

Timely Topics

In addition to mediaCONNECT, Timely Topics kits are also provided approximately 8 times per school year, to each building with K-5 students. Kits include seasonally relevant DVDs and VHS programs selected to assist with classroom instruction. Kits remain in your school's library for approximately one month.
