complete the process again. Please contact the help desk to re-print a copy of your agreement form which will then
have to be signed by you and submitted to your supervisor.

| Welcome to the Oswego County BOCES network account application process.
Instructions:
- Make sure you are using a computer that is connected to a functioning printer. The last page of this process must be printed, signed and returned to Oswego County BOCES;
- Make sure you are eligible to apply for a network account (see below);
- You will be asked to read and agree to the "Oswego County BOCES Acceptable-Use Regulation and Agreement". It is important that you read and understand this agreement
since it describes your rights and responsiblities associated with having a network account;
- You will be asked to fill out a brief form;
- Upon receipt of the signed agreement form and verification of your eligibility, a network account will be created.
You will then receive additional instructions;

| Eligibility |
Individuals eligible for a network account:
- Students currently enrolled in a BOCES program. You may apply for an account before
school begins but your account will not be activated until that time.
- Instructors or staff currently employed in good standing.

Fraudulent use of BOCES network resources will be punishable to the fullest extent of the law.
