Special Education School Improvement Specialist     SESIS is a state contract under NYS Office of Vocational Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities.   This free service is available to everyone in Oswego County, New York.		Our services include information, training and supports for students with disabilities to: Parents Teachers Administrators Boards of Education Support personnel Agencies Individual, small group and entire staff training can be arranged. An extensive lending library is available free of charge. We have information on NYS regulations, special education process and legislative updates.
